I called Walsh Bros and made an appointment which I had to cancel since my car would not start this morning. I was able to pinpoint the problem with my car on my own, but wanted to see if Walsh could source the part that I needed (a mass air flow sensor). Over the phone they told me that OEM mass airflow sensors are no longer available, which I trusted was the truth, and I asked them to go ahead and order an aftermarket unit because I am hundreds of miles from home and have to be back on the road tomorrow. My understanding is that these older Volvos are very particular about having good quality sensors, so just to double check, I called a few parts suppliers and I sourced an OEM Bosch sensor. When I called Walsh back to ask if the sensor I had them order was refundable, I was met with rudeness from the man on the phone, telling me I should not have gone behind his back to order a part elsewhere. First of all I am frustrated that I was told that an OEM part was not available when it was, and secondly I am frustrated that when I found one myself, and called to respectfully ask if the other unit could be refunded, I was met with disrespect for simply trying to source the best parts I

This is a great place to get your car fixed/ serviced! Everyone who works there is beyond kind, skilled, and professional. I really appreciate this place, I will always recommend them to anybody seeking out a great mechanic and a safe/welcoming environment. They treated my Honda Fit with care, I’m glad I trusted them with my car and will continue to return for future tuneups and etc.

My Volvo C30 T5's motor had been making a worrisome noise and check engine light was on. A friend had recommended Walsh Brothers. Carlos listened carefully while I described the problem. I went off to work in a loaner car! My car was ready same day. Carlos and Louise were easy to talk to, the cost was reasonable, and their shop looked organized. Posítive experíence!

Walsh Bros took really good care of my 1992 Volvo, communicating thoroughly every step of the way. No surprises, just honest hard work. I did not know if I would be able to get my car back on the road. Thank you, Louise and Carlos! Will be back, but hopefully not for a while :)
